Orders are processed and shipped within two (3) working days (except during bank holidays, summer holidays – the 3 first weeks of August. And exceptional situations).
Delivery is by default operated by Colissimo, from the French Post.
It costs 6.70 € with an indicative time delivery delay of two (2) to five (5) days after the products have been sent.
For purchases of 7 items or more (excluding gift bags), shipping is free (classic shipping, by Colissimo).
We also provide express delivery service through TNT Express.
It costs 12€, with delivery before 1 PM the day after it was sent (for orders made from Monday to Thursday before 10 AM. Orders that are made from Friday after 10 AM are delivered Tuesday morning).

You have received your items but the size or the shape does not fit. No worries, we accept returns for exchange or refund up to fourteen (14) days after you received your order.
Should the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday or other non-working day, it will be postponed to the next working day.
Returns and exchanges are free only in Mainland France.
For returns and exchanges anywhere else out of Mainland France, return postage costs shall be covered by the client.
Watch out, as stated in the terms & conditions, returns are accepted provided that the products arrive on the retailer’s premises in their original packaging. They shall be with no parts missing, in perfect condition, labelled, unworn, unwashed, together with the original invoice and return form.

In Mainland France, LENITEES will offer the 2nd delivery in case of an exchange, unless the initial delivery was offered by LENITEES. In that case, the 2nd delivery costs are covered by the client.
In the unique case of an unfortunate defective product or an error made by LENITEES in the products that were shipped, all returns and exchange costs will be fully covered by LENITEES.

How to proceed?
If you want to exchange or return a product, all you have to do is email us at sale[email protected], explaining the reasons for the requested return.
For orders from France Mainland: in the case of a free return (initial shipping was paid by the Client), LeniTees will send a pre-filled and pre-paid voucher. The Client will have to prepare the return with the following:
For orders from Mainland France whose return fees are at the expense of the client (initial delivery was offered) or from Europe, the Client prepares their package and sends it by simple courier, labelled.

What are the repayment periods?
Lenitees is committed to repaying you in a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the day we received your package.
Reimbursements are made by transfer on the banker’s card that was used to proceed to payment.
